Delivery Method

International distribution of porcelain and glass products requires special attention to packaging and transportation methods to reduce the risk of damage. Here are the key points:

Packaging Requirements
Double layer protection: the inner layer is cushioned by air cushion/EPE foam or pearl cotton, and the outer layer is made of 5-layer corrugated paper box or honeycomb cardboard box to ensure compression resistance and shock resistance.  ‌
Moisture proof treatment: sealing tape+desiccant (humidity<60%), additional waterproof film is required for sea transportation.  ‌
Warning label: The side of the outer box is marked with the words and pattern "Fragile".  ‌

Transportation Mode Selection
Sea freight: Low cost, suitable for non urgent orders, with a transportation time of about 20-30 days.  ‌
Air freight/express delivery: suitable for emergency replenishment, but the cost is relatively high.  ‌
Multimodal transportation: Combining sea, rail, or air freight to balance efficiency and cost.  ‌
Customs Clearance Documents
Essential documents: commercial invoice, packing list, material description (such as MSDS), certificate of origin.  ‌
Special requirements: The EU requires CE marking, while the Middle East requires Halal certification.  ‌
Risk Management
Insurance advice: Fragile items are usually not covered by insurance, and the risk of damage to the goods should be reduced through professional packaging.  ‌
Professional operation: It is recommended to handle transit and packaging through international logistics companies such as Yiqi International Express.  ‌
